Villa Tugendhat - znova otevřena - re-opened

Vila Tugendhat je má nejoblíbenější stavba. Byla jsem tam asi rok před rekonstrukcí. I když byla vila v dezolátním stavu a za války a komunismu dostala zabrat různými zásahy, stejně mě dostala. Když jsme se procházeli místnostmi, padla na nás krása a promyšlenost místností a smutek, že si původní majitelé tu krásu skoro neužili. Dostanou Vás detaily, použité materiály, výhled a promyšlenost celé stavby.

Na svou dobu byla stavba mimořádná, jak architektonicky, tak technicky. Vilu navrhl architekt Mies van der Rohe, investoři byli Fritz a Greta Tugendhatov a stavba se nachází v Brně v Černopolní ulici 45.  Rozpočet byl neomezený a díky tomu měl architekt neomezenou ruku a mohl do detailu uskutečnit své představy. Stavba je zapsána na seznamu kulturního a přírodního dědictví UNESCO.

Vila stojí na srázu a je z ní výhled na celé město. U hlavního vchodu se vchází kolem půlkruhého mléčného skla. V horním podlaží jsou ložnice a střešní terasa. Hlavní obytný prostor je propojený, skládá se z přijímací haly, obytné části s jídelnou a pracovnou s knihovnou a sedacím zákoutím. Dále tu je kino a zimní zahrada. 

Nejzajímavější jsou dvě velká okna proti onyxové stěně a jídelnímu prostoru, které je možné spouštět promocí elektromotorů k podlaze. Dále je v domě rozvod pitné a užitkové vody a vzduchotechnika!

Na interiérech se podílela architektka a designérka Lilly Reichová. Mies speciálně pro vilu navrhl "brněnskou" a "Tugendhatovu židli" i skleněný stůl. V domě kromě onyxové stěny byl použit makassarský eben a ocel. Podíl na konceptu zahrady měla zahradní architektka Markéta Roderová Müllerová.

Vila Tugendhat bude znova otevřena Václavem Klausem 29. února 2012. Také zde byla v roce 1992 podepsána smlouva o rozdělení Československa.
